Don't be too specific but don't be too vague. It's rather hard to find the right way to ask but imagine yourself in a room with other players. You can't whisper and you need to solve a riddle, you have the right to ask for a clue those who have already solved it, but you don't want the other players to find before you. To understand what you're asking for, one should be at the same step. Don't spoil the steps for the others ! You can use metaphors if you want. Show us that you're smart!

If you help somebody :

Don't help him too much, don't deprive him the pleasure to find by himself, just guide him on the way without being too specific, using as much images, metaphors and maybe other riddles as you can. After all, you're smart too !

If everybody plays by the rules, things will be much more funny and no one will get hurt.

Write in a correct language, ban SMS style and try to avoid spelling mistakes as much as possible.

Can some one help me out with this one?  Does it have to do with any current events? Or is it another audio editing/playing riddle?

It's probably safe to say that there aren't going to be any riddles based on current events, as that would make the game become obsolete that much quicker.

Chances are, if there's an audio component to a riddle, it's going to be important.

Bip idol- I did something similar to what I did in a previous riddle, but I cant get anything...and dont understand what comes out of it (forward nor backwards)

is the type of animal a key clue (i.e. If the picture was a wolf and the clue was this is not a dog, would this level make sense?)
Is there a deeper significance to the hand holding a microphone?  Is that a reference to a song?
how about the title (bip idol)?  Is that supposed to be decoded somehow?

Do these clues tell me what to do with the sound file?  or does the sound file tell me what to do with these clues?

i'm clueless and don't know where to go next...

You can solve this puzzle without any of the clues. They're very obtuse, but they might help. It was probably easier in the original language, though.

The clue was a big help to me actually.  Took me about 2 minutes to solve this level after reading the clue.  I don't speak French, but Google Language Tools helped.

Hmm, so we all know what the animal really is, and since the clue is in french does that mean that we need to decode more than just the clue into english? Like, is the answer in french?

Argh! I've translated what I thought was the answer into French, tried it, and it doesn't work... I edited the sound file what what it was when it was made, and it had some guy saying 'beep' at the start.. And I translated 'bip' from French to English, and it was 'beep' So, I tried that, and no luck.. Grr this one is confusing

The answer is in English. The french is only a clue. (And quite a large one, if I do say so...)
