I've been happy with most of the levels so far, and haven't found the linguistic weirdness too bad (although it seems like you could use a hand with translation in some places...).  I've really enjoyed it actually.  Except this particular level, which seriously annoyed me.  Taking s*** l******* that trivially would suggest that you don't have a good understanding of the concept of language in general.  And the monkey reference is just stupid/ignorant.  Given that you made this whole thing intelligently I'm sure that you know better really.  Maybe, as a linguist, I'm being a bit sensitive about it but I'd think twice before creating another level that involves this type of solution...

Did you know, indidentally, that french s*** l******* and belgian french s*** l******* aren't actually the same (though they are related to each other) - and at the risk of stating the obvious - that neither of them are related to standard french?

I never understood why the American and French versions were different...It took me a little while before I realized.  Sometimes we Americans have to be reminded that there are actually other countries out there.

Citation de: guidedbylemonsDidn't like it. I found it completely obvious what I had to do, but had all kinds of problems actually translating. Solving the riddle was too easy and the grunt work was too hard and a bit unfair.

I would like to see you be much more precise about your digits in the photos. I don't think an actual d*** person would be able to unambiguously translate this.
I thought this was very fun, and just as a response to the guy above. If it was easy to translate at first glance then where would the fun be. I don't know about where you live, but where I am, lots of people know how to s*** though we do it in english ;)

haha...tricky tricky! Easy enough but the slightest oversight can throw you way off.
None the less, pretty fun and I learned something new! :)
